Dimo – Communications / Publicity planning

Using the navigation bar at the left of the screen click Communications / Publicity

The Publicity page allows users to log any publicity and public relations activities planned for the title.

Within the pages users will see the following sections:

• Publicist allocated drop-down selection
• Campaign Details
  • Launch Planned check box
  • Launch Invitation Required check box
• Tour long text field Tour/Travel checkbox
• Publicity Notes long text field
• Campaign Results – Notes long text field
• Publicity Cost costs data table

Enter required data into applicable sections

Publicity Cost

Add a new row to the Publicity Costs table by clicking the Red + button to the right of the row. To delete unwanted rows click the Black x to the right of the row.

• Date date selection field
• Description short text field
• Costs numeric field

Always Click the Blue SAVE button at the bottom left of the screen
