Dimo – Communications / Marketing planning

Using the navigation bar at the left of the screen click Communications / Marketing

The Marketing page allows the user to log any marketing plans and activities to a specific title then produce a shareable .pdf summary for distribution.

Within the pages users will see the following sections:

  • Marketer Allocation field
  • Campaign Summary button
  • Campaign Plan – Notes
  • Marketing Costs

Campaign Plan – Note

Once an preset Marketer has been allocated via the drop-down box, users should fill in any plans in the long text field.

Marketing Costs

Users can enter the marketing

  • Budget: numeric field
  • Actual Cost: numeric field
  • Difference: auto calculation field

Add in specific marketing costs in to the below table. Add rows by clicking the red+ button on the right hand side to reveal a new row. Delete any unwanted rows by clicking the black x button.

  • Invoice Processed date selection field
  • Status drop-down selection
  • Description short open text filed
  • Type drop-down selection
  • Cost currency filed
  • Quantity numeric field

Click SAVE for calculations to take effect.

Always Click the Blue SAVE button at the bottom left of the screen
